Led by his passion for paella, Spanish chef Miguel Cuevas journeys from Australia to his home country to find the true origin of paella.
Miguel travels to Valencia, the birth place of paella, to visit some of the most symbolic sites in paella's history, and compete in the oldest international paella competition, encountering Valencian characters and chefs who reflect the unique character of this typical Valencian dish.
